I confirm my request to participate also in the 2012 Edition of the Internet Contest organized by I'VE SEEN FILMS and to abide by the rules set forth in the I’VE SEEN FILMS 2012 Festival's Call for Entries, and understand the following:
- the pre-selection will follow the unappealable decision of the Artistic Direction of I’VE SEEN FILMS 2012;
- The selected films will be streamed from the I’ve Seen Films’s dedicated channel on YouTube or from any other internet PCTV or IPTV dedicated areas;
- upon I'VE SEEN FILMS decision my film can be streamed online also after the closing of I’VE SEEN FILMS 2012 Festival and Internet Competition. I can ask for removal of my work from the online viewing not before December 31, 2013.

PERSONAL DATA HANDLING POLICY |
| I, the undersigned authorize I'VE SEEN FILMS, Via Tulipani 2, 20146 Milano (Italy) to handle my personal data as per Art. 13 of Law by Decree no. 196/2003 ''Personal Data Protection Code''.
I'VE SEEN FILMS (Data Handling Holder) informs the participants included in the selection that the use of the personal data supplied by them in the submission application for participation in I’VE SEEN FILM 2012, or information in any way acquired for this purpose, is directed towards the fulfilment of the above mentioned selection, in all its phases, including the various connected initiatives. The personal data handling will be performed in the offices of I'VE SEEN FILMS using procedures that may allow computerization and in the manner and limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned purpose. Said data may also be communicated to third parties.
The acquisition of the participants’ personal data is an absolute prerequisite to evaluate the requirements for the attendance to I’VE SEEN FILMS 2012 according to the Regulations document, including the event organization, also with the assistance of collaborators. The lack of required personal data or their incomplete submission may invalidate the selection and the attendance to all initiatives linked to I'VE SEEN FILMS.
The right to access one’s own personal data, to request modifications, updates or cancellation – when incomplete or wrong -, including the right to oppose the personal data handling with legitimate reasons, as per Art. 7-10 of the Privacy Code approved with the Law by Decree no. 196/2003, may be exercised by sending a Registered Letter with Delivery Receipt to I'VE SEEN FILMS, Via Tulipani 2, 20146 Milano (Italy).
